REMINDER..... all cell phone numbers are being released to telemarketing companies and you will start to receive sales calls.

To prevent this, call the following number from your cell phone: 888-382-1222.
It is the National DO NOT CALL list. It will only take a minute of your time.. It blocks your number for five (5) years. You must call from the cell phone number you want to have blocked. You cannot call from a different phone number.
HELP OTHERS BY PASSING THIS ON .. It takes about 20 seconds.
You can verify by calling back and follow the prompts or check online. I blocked my land line as well. Again.

At any rate, maybe a few people will register their phones and the link does provide a method to file a complaint.
What MCL said, but this is a great service. Two more corrections: once you are on, you are on until you disconnect your number, not just five years (box at the top of the link you give.) And you can register directly from that website, you don't need to call.

Yes, I could have pulled or re-written the post, but if someone didn't have this information - now he/she can block the phone(s).
