Access Community Health Network's Evanston-Rogers Park Family Health Center is relocating from 1555 W Howard. The capital bill Illinois Jobs Now!, signed by Gov. Quinn today, includes $250K from the State of Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO) to Access Community Health Network for "relocation and expansion of Evanston-Rogers Park Family Health Center."

so there will be yet another vacant storefront on Howard Street. How long before those windows are broken out and we have to look at more plywood and graffitti?
