Tax Appeals for Rogers Park
Many say they've lost appeals until they had legal representation. So you pay legal fees and then the taxes. What's wrong with this picture?

You just can't mediate the system without paying an attorney. The whole thing is set up to poor money into people's pockets. Same thing for other areas of life- if ever you are sued, no matter how just your case may be and no matter how unjust and wrong your adversary's- if you don't have a lawyer represent you , you are screwed.
